What does the StudioLedger plan include?

Everything in the primary workspace. StudioLedger has one plan without feature tiers or feature add-ons: $59/month billed monthly, or $49/month billed annually at $588/year. Annual billing saves $120—two months free. Additional workspaces are the only separately paid addition and are 50% off.

How does the free trial work?

Start your 14-day free trial with full access to all features. You'll enter your payment info at signup, but you won't be charged until your trial ends. Cancel anytime during your trial with no obligation.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time. If you switch from monthly to annual, we'll prorate your remaining balance. If you switch from annual to monthly, you'll keep access until your annual term ends.

What happens when my trial ends?

Your subscription will automatically begin at the plan you selected. You'll receive a reminder before your trial ends. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

How do additional workspaces work?

If you run multiple brands or businesses, you can add additional workspaces at 50% off the regular price. Each workspace is completely separate with its own clients, projects, and team members.

Is there a limit on team members?

Each workspace includes up to 5 team members. Only the workspace owner pays — all teammates get free access. You can assign different roles (Admin, Member, User) to control what each person can do.
